Who We Are:

Jim Colla
President/CEO 

--Chief Executive Officer of The Continental Corporation ("TCC") and Continental Development Inc. ("CDI"), Mr. Colla began his career in sales and management in the life insurance and securities industries. Over the years, Mr. Colla has successfully taken his skills to the real estate trade (acquisitions and development) as well as the motion picture and television industries where he served as General Partner of nearly 30 Limited Partnerships. Most recently Colla built, and served as CEO of the Continental Television Network ("CTN") a group of NBC, ABC and Fox television stations built between 1986 and 2001. In addition to overseeing the development of the Cottonwoods at Grant Creek, Colla is in charge of future CDI and TCC real-estate development.

Penny Adkins
Corporate Vice President

--strengths are in the areas of contract law, insurance, market research, marketing and advertising. Ms. Adkins was instrumental in the acquisition, remodeling and selling of several properties associated with the Continental Television Network.
 
Cheryl Cordeiro
VP Operations & CFO

--oversees all aspects of the day to day operations along with long-term planning and development of future properties. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Ms. Cordeiro served as the on-site project coordinator and supervisor during the construction of 4 of Continental Television Network's 5 television studio and transmitter facilities.
